Service Advisor (AF8238)

Our client, a respected automotive business based in Muswellbrook, is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join their team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with customers, coordinating vehicle servicing and repairs to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring vehicle maintenance and repairs. You will liaise between clients and the workshop team to schedule appointments, manage service bookings, and provide clear updates on service progress.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers and understanding their vehicle service needs
• Scheduling and coordinating repair and maintenance services efficiently
• Providing accurate information and advice regarding service options and timelines
• Liaising with the workshop team to ensure timely and quality service delivery
• Maintaining clear and detailed service records and documentation
• Assisting with invoicing and payment processing as required

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and some experience in an automotive or service advisor role. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment will ensure success in this position.
