Key job responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment and on-boarding of new associates for our Fulfillment Centers, Delivery Stations and Sort Centers
- Support with auditing the compliance to defined processes and procedures including but not limited to Salesforce management, Eligibility, Reporting and Associate Experience
- Continually identify and implement process improvements
- Participate in Workforce Staffing specific projects Develop and maintain effective communication processes to ensure smooth and efficient flow of information between key stakeholders
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the Workforce Staffing Managers or Specialists

Basic Qualifications

- 6+ months of human resources experience
- 6+ months of customer service experience
- 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- High school or equivalent
- Experience in confidential environments

Preferred Qualifications

- 1+ years of human resources experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
