Our client is an award-winning multidisciplinary health provider established in 2016, proudly operating from two state-of-the-art clinics in Slacks Creek and Eight Mile Plains.

Each site hosts high-performing teams of 15–20 full-time clinicians, supported by 3–4 dedicated admin professionals. Services offered include physiotherapy, psychology, exercise physiology, dietetics, massage therapy, occupational therapy, diabetes education, and visiting medical specialists — creating a truly collaborative health environment.

We are now seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Speech Pathologist who is ready to step into a leadership role — helping to build, mentor, and lead our growing team of Speech Pathologists.

You will manage a diverse clinical caseload while also playing a key part in team development, service design, and mentoring of junior staff. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on clinical excellence, collaborative care, and team growth. As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will:

• Provide high-quality clinical care across a diverse client base
• Mentor and support junior Speech Pathologists
• Help develop and expand the Speech Pathology department
• Contribute to strategic planning and service delivery improvements
• Actively participate in MDT case conferences and knowledge-sharing forums
• Collaborate with other allied health professionals for integrated client care

Requirements:

• Bachelor or higher degree in Speech Pathology
• Current SPA membership
• Minimum 4 years of clinical experience (preferred)
• Leadership or mentoring experience highly desirable

• Committed to ongoing personal and professional development
