About the Role
Green Light Worldwide is seeking an experienced Senior Software Tester / Test Analyst to support a Salesforce implementation or migration project within an established delivery team.
The successful candidate will be able to work with minimal supervision and contribute from the beginning of the engagement, with a strong focus on API and integration testing, functional and regression testing, and data migration validation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform functional, system, integration, regression, and API testing
- Test REST and SOAP web services and enterprise integrations
- Validate data migration activities and backend data integrity
- Identify, document, and manage defects through to resolution
- Work closely with project, technical, and business stakeholders to resolve testing issues
- Support testing activities within an Agile delivery environment
- Maintain test documentation and provide clear reporting on testing outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and practices
Requirements
- Strong commercial experience as a Software Tester or Test Analyst
- Hands-on experience with API testing, including REST and SOAP
- Experience developing and executing test plans, cases, and scripts
- Strong experience across functional, integration, system, and regression testing
- Experience with defect management and test management tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to work independently within an established project team
Highly Regarded
- Experience testing Salesforce implementations, upgrades, or migrations
- Experience validating CRM data migrations
- Experience testing Salesforce integrations with other enterprise systems
- SQL experience for backend data validation
- Knowledge of Salesforce workflows and business processes
- Hands-on experience with ReadyAPI for API and integration testing
