Hays Construction is partnering with a leading developer-builder delivering a high-rise residential project on the Gold Coast. Due to project growth, opportunities are available for an experienced Senior Site Manager and Senior Structures Foreman to join the team.
Your new role
Senior Site Manager
- Lead day-to-day site operations and construction delivery
- Manage programme, safety, quality and subcontractor performance
- Coordinate site teams, consultants and key stakeholders
- Ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget
Senior Structures Foreman
- Oversee all structural works including formwork, steel fixing and concrete
- Coordinate structural trades and drive programme outcomes
- Maintain safety, quality and productivity on site
- Work closely with the Site Manager and project team
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience on high-rise residential projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to drive programme and manage subcontractors
- Proven experience on High Rise projects
