The role

You'll manage your own portfolio, building trusted relationships with property owners and tenants while delivering the high standard of service our clients expect.

Importantly, you won't be expected to do everything yourself.

You'll be supported by a dedicated Assistant Property Manager, leasing consultant and experienced administration team, allowing you to focus on higher-level property management responsibilities and client relationships.

About you

We're looking for someone who enjoys property management and wants to build a rewarding career with an agency that values their contribution.

You'll bring:

• At least 12 months' experience in property management
• A current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate
• A current Australian driver's licence
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Professionalism, accountability and a client-focused approach
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to the team
• Residence in the Moreton Bay or North Brisbane region
