An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a well-established real estate agency in Brisbane's Inner North.
You'll work alongside another experienced Property Manager, with additional support for inspections, out-of-office duties and virtual administration.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, values a supportive team environment and is looking for a long-term role with flexibility and autonomy.
The Role
- Manage a residential property portfolio
- Oversee day-to-day property management responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Manage maintenance, lease renewals, arrears and general enquiries
- Ensure compliance with QLD legislation and industry standards
- Work closely with another experienced Property Manager
- Additional VA support to assist with administration
- Flexibility and autonomy within the role
About You
- Previous experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager
- Strong knowledge of QLD legislation and compliance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work independently
- A team player with a positive, hands-on approach
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate and driver's licence
