Senior Power Apps Developer

Due to continued growth, Stretch365 is looking to welcome a new permanent team member to help support the delivery of Power Platform-based solutions. This role will be primarily responsible for designing and building integrated solutions using the Microsoft 365 Power Platform for Stretch365's customers.

Key Tasks

• Work closely with customer stakeholders to capture business and technology requirements
• Architect and propose solution designs for Power Platform development in line with customer requirements
• Develop applications and custom solutions using the Microsoft 365 Power Platform suite plus other required Microsoft services (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online)
• Design and develop solutions using industry standard Agile and SDLC models
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and preparing demo materials
• Lead development teams to deliver customer projects
• Assist with presales activities and preparation of RFP responses
• Assist with skilling up and providing guidance to junior technical resources
• Assume additional responsibilities as assigned/required

Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent engineering discipline
• Must have demonstrable 6+ years of experience with development M365 solutions including Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, Power BI, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online Expert knowledge building both Canvas and Model Driven apps including the use of responsive layouts and components.
• Experience with source control management tools, preferably ADO.
• Experience with SharePoint Online including implementation, configuration and migration of data
• Experience with both Microsoft SQL Server (Azure SQL Server) and SQL in general.
• Understanding of and experience in implementing Dataverse Security
• Experience in using premium connectors for the purposes of integrating PowerApps with non-Microsoft SaaS/on-prem applications
• Demonstrable experience designing governance for Power Platform and Dynamics
• Success in leveraging both traditional best practices, such as IT service management practices based on ITIL, as well as methods such as DevOps
• Consultative approach to stakeholder management including ability to clearly articulate business value and appropriately capture customer acquirements, and manage senior stakeholders and build effective relationships across technology & business
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead development teams, manage scope and customer stakeholders
• Proven track record in successfully managing, coaching and building the capability for others
