To be successful you must have the following:
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or related discipline, with extensive industry experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks, set priorities, and deliver outcomes within tight deadlines in high-pressure environments.
- Strong understanding of commercial requirements, tender processes, and project delivery.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build effective relationships across all levels of the business.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, apply initiative, and exercise sound commercial judgement in decision-making.
- Results-driven team player with the ability to gain cooperation and commitment to achieve business objectives.
- High level of professionalism, maturity, integrity, and confidentiality.

We are partnering with a well-established Tier 1 builder with a strong national presence, having successfully delivered more than 1,200 projects over the past four decades and employing approximately 700 people across Australia.
Opportunity:
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record delivering cost planning services on large-scale projects valued at $100m and above, ideally within a Tier 1 construction environment. You will be reporting to the Planning Manager. The team are looking to bring on x Senior Planners.
