About the Role:

Are you an experienced Physiotherapist looking for an opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of older people? Join our Community Aged Care team and use your clinical expertise to support people to remain active, independent and connected to their communities. In this senior role, you'll provide complex clinical care, clinical leadership and supervision, contribute to education, research and service innovation, and work alongside multidisciplinary teams and community partners across a rural and remote region. This is an opportunity to grow your leadership, shape physiotherapy practice and help deliver high-quality, person-centred care that enables older people to live well at home.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Criteria 

  • Qualifications & clinical expertise: Recognised Physiotherapy qualification with current AHPRA registration, and extensive clinical experience, preferably in rural/remote or community aged care settings.
  • Clinical leadership & development: Demonstrated experience providing clinical supervision, mentoring, education and leadership to Physiotherapists, students and multidisciplinary colleagues.
  • Person-centred practice: Strong commitment to client-centred care, cultural safety, community engagement and supporting older people to achieve their goals and maintain independence at home.
  • Communication & service development: Highly developed communication and teamwork skills, with experience contributing to service planning, project management and effective multidisciplinary partnerships.
  • Continuous improvement: Demonstrated commitment to reflective practice, quality improvement, research, evaluation and developing innovative solutions to improve Physiotherapy services and consumer outcomes.
