This highly successful Australian organisation, based in Sydney CBD, is now looking for a confident and experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to come on board on a 6 - 12 months contract role with a possibility of getting extended!
In this position you are required, but not limited to:
- Participate in scoping implementation meetings with key business executives and stakeholders
- SAP Successfactors / EC & Kronos Payroll System
- Direct pay Awards/Agreements and identify correct conditions in conjunction with business perceived requirements
- Guide staff through the implementation process and offer training
- Support the wider team with technical and customer queries
- Implement payroll product - plan, review and execute the complete implementation working both at Head Office and on-site if needed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Must have End to end payroll processing and working experience implementing payroll system from fruition to completion
- Careful attention to detail and strong planning skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects within tight time frames
- Well developed analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Demonstrable experience training/mentoring staff with new processes and procedures
