Your new role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead the strategic planning, delivery and performance of facilities management, maintenance services and operational programs within a large and complex organisation.
Reporting to a senior executive leader, you will oversee essential operational services, lead a high-performing team and ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and governance requirements.
- Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of facilities management and maintenance services.
- Manage preventative and reactive maintenance programs across a diverse property portfolio.
- Oversee major service contracts, procurement activities and contractor performance to ensure services meet agreed standards and timeframes.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies and procedures that support effective governance and service delivery.
- Lead service improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence through robust systems, reporting and performance management.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors and service providers to achieve organisational outcomes.
- Manage significant financial and physical resources while leading and developing a high-performing team.
