What you'll be doing:
- Leading mechanical services design from concept to completion
- Providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers
- Coordinating with architects, builders, and clients to deliver innovative, efficient, and sustainable solutions
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and sustainability practices
What we're looking for:
- 7+ years' experience in Mechanical/Building Services design (consultancy experience preferred)
- Degree qualified in Mechanical / Building Services / HVAC Engineering (or similar)
- Proven ability to deliver projects and manage client relationships
- Chartered (CPEng) or working towards is highly regarded
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
