Senior Manager, Capital Reporting and Provisioning

• $120/130k + super / Hybrid model

 
My client is a Global Financial Services Business, currently hiring for a Senior Manager Capital and Provisioning.
 
The Role
 
In this role you will lead capital strategy and credit risk analytics activities across the division's Banking and Financial Services products. You will provide insights on capital performance, provisioning and business opportunities, balancing commercial outcomes with risk considerations while contributing to the division's wider strategy. You will lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, with the opportunity to deepen your expertise in capital management and provisioning.
 
Your Background
 

• 7+ years' experience in strategy, capital management or credit loss provisioning.
• Experience of assessing macro economic factors and integrate this in to strategic decision making
• Proven experience in working with and presenting to exec level stakeholders
• The ability to review large data sets and translate complex information into clear insights for a range of stakeholders.
