Senior Manager | Business Services Accounting Firm

Based in Melbourne's Bayside area, our client is a trusted accounting and advisory firm that combines deep technical expertise with a genuinely personal approach. They go beyond basic compliance, offering tailored tax, business, and financial advice that helps clients make confident, well-informed decisions. We're now searching for an experienced Senior Manager with a genuine path to Partnership within the firm.

Reporting directly into the Partners, your role will encompass the below:

• Lead, coach and develop junior Accountants in the team
• Prepare and sign off on client work
• Maintain and grow your client portfolio that includes a variety of SME businesses and high-net-worth individuals
• Active involvement in the strategic direction of the firm with the partnership group

CA or CPA qualified, you will naturally be a strong, technical accountant but more importantly have the interpersonal skills that enable you to nurture and develop longstanding client relationships of the firm, as well as bringing on new ones. Our client will value someone pragmatic—able to explain complex financial matters in plain language and enjoy working in a close-knit, supportive culture.
