What’s the role?

You’ll help define and design our credit experience agenda, using your credit, customer and portfolio expertise to shape better lending experiences and sustainable portfolio outcomes.

Working with aligned Villages and Squads, you’ll identify and resolve pain points, strengthen portfolio management capability and find opportunities to enhance credit quality and growth. You’ll use data and insights to guide decisions while collaborating with stakeholders across the business to deliver better outcomes for our customers.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity in our Credit Policy team, with location flexible across Australia.

What do I need?

• Strong knowledge of credit portfolio management, credit processes and decisioning

• Understanding of operational and fulfilment processes and credit control environments

• Business Lending knowledge across Commercial and SME markets

• Strong stakeholder collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and priorities

• Ability to use data and insights to identify opportunities and support sustainable portfolio growth
