About your new employer:

- Strong pipeline of complex, interesting matters with high-profile clients.
About the role:
- Run matters autonomously while working closely with Partners and senior colleagues.
- Act on a wide range of litigation and dispute resolution matters, including complex commercial, property, and strata disputes.
- Manage client relationships with direct responsibility and strategic input.
- Appear in superior courts and tribunals, handling contested hearings and negotiations
The ideal candidate:
- Associate/Senior Associate/Special Counsel
- Have at least 4+ years’ PQE, with proven general commercial litigation experience (Strata and Property experience, highly regarded but not essential)
- Strong advocacy and drafting skills.
- Ability to manage competing deadlines and run matters independently.
- Commercial mindset and client-focused approach.
