The Opportunities
1) Senior HVAC Estimator
Experience Required: 7+ years
Project Range: $5 million – $30 million
They are looking for a seasoned estimator who knows how to price large-scale HVAC projects with confidence and precision. An existing network of industry contacts and a strong track record of successful tenders are highly desirable.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience on large mechanical services bids
- Deep understanding of Australian building codes and standards
- Strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Excellent commercial and financial acumen
- Ability to lead and influence bid strategies
2) HVAC Engineers
Looking for a chance to work on landmark projects with an elite team?
They are seeking driven HVAC Engineers (all levels) who thrive on solving complex design challenges and delivering mechanical solutions that set industry benchmarks.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- Experience in HVAC system design and coordination
- Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Familiarity with industry software such as CAMEL, Revit, AutoCAD
3) HVAC Drafting Manager
Lead, mentor, and deliver.
They need a proven leader to manage our drafting team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining quality, managing deadlines, and driving innovation in HVAC drafting.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Extensive HVAC drafting and coordination experience
- Leadership experience within a drafting or BIM team
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Ability to collaborate across engineering and construction teams
4) HVAC Drafters
They are also on the lookout for experienced HVAC Drafters who take pride in accuracy, clarity, and contributing to award-winning projects.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 2–5+ years drafting HVAC systems
- Revit and AutoCAD fluency
- Ability to produce coordinated services drawings
- Attention to detail and commitment to design quality
