Job Description

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and manage financial models to forecast business performance.
• Business partner with key stakeholders to create budgets and monitor performance against targets.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and operational efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
• Support the implementation of process improvements within the Finance function.
• Work closely with various teams to align financial goals with organisational objectives.
• Team leadership of one direct report

The Successful Applicant

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:

• CA/CPA Qualified
• Strong financial analysis and business partnering skills.
• Experience working in the not-for-profit sector or a similar environment would be advantageous
• Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.
