As a Senior Estimator, you’ll take the reins on tenders, liaise with stakeholders, and influence winning strategies in a company where your work will be noticed and valued.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates and tenders across commercial, retail, and education sectors
Manage trade coverage, supplier pricing, and bid submissions
Collaborate with delivery and design teams on buildability and risk
Lead tender reviews and contribute to winning strategies
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years’ experience in estimating (preferably commercial or mid-tier construction)
Excellent knowledge of QLD pricing and local supply chain
Strong Buildsoft, CostX, or similar software skills
A proactive mindset and strong industry relationships
