The Company
Concentis is partnering with Gladstone Regional Council (GRC) to source a Senior Civil Engineer for the Engineering, Assets Solutions team. The Role
Reporting to the Manager, Engineering Asset Solutions, the Senior Civil Engineer plays a key role in developing long-term asset strategies that balance performance, cost, and community outcomes. You will lead investigations and designs that shape the region’s future infrastructure.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including the Local Government Act and WHS regulations.
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and technical guidance to staff and contractors.
  • Manage engineering projects, consultants, and design deliverables to meet time, budget, and quality targets.
  • Prepare and review design documentation, technical reports, and project specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and compliance.

About You:

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
  • Registered Professional Engineers of Queensland (RPEQ) accreditation
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Knowledge of relevant acts, standards, and guidelines
