Senior Electrical Engineer
KEY POINTS WE FOUND
- Lead electrical design on various projects including commercial and residential.
- Manage client relationships and mentor junior engineers.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure project success.
I’m currently working with established Building Services consultancies looking to bring on a Senior or Associate Electrical Engineer to join their CBD team.
The role will involve:
- Leading electrical design on commercial, residential, healthcare, education and mixed-use projects
- Managing client relationships and being a trusted point of contact
- Reviewing technical work and guiding project delivery
- Mentoring and supporting junior engineers
- Working closely with Mechanical, Hydraulic and Fire Protection teams
Looking for someone with:
- Australian Building Services consulting experience
- Strong technical electrical design background
- Confident, client-facing communication skills
- Previous project or team leadership experience
- Good understanding of Australian Standards & the NCC
Strong pipeline of projects, hybrid working arrangements and genuine long-term growth opportunity.
