About the Company
Our client is an established and highly regarded WA property developer with a strong track record of delivering quality projects across Perth.
With a significant pipeline and multiple residential land projects currently progressing, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Development Manager to strengthen their development team and take ownership across key projects.

The Opportunity
This is a senior delivery-focused appointment for an experienced development professional who can confidently manage projects with a high degree of autonomy.

Working across multiple active residential land developments, you'll take responsibility across the development lifecycle while working closely with senior leadership on project strategy, commercial outcomes and delivery.
You'll be trusted to make decisions, identify issues early and drive consultants and stakeholders towards the required outcomes.

Your involvement will include:

• Lead multiple residential land projects through planning, approvals and delivery
• Manage and hold consultants, contractors and key stakeholders accountable
• Maintain oversight of feasibilities, budgets, programmes and project performance
• Navigate authority approvals, project risks and complex delivery issues
• Provide clear commercial recommendations and project reporting to leadership
• Contribute to broader development strategy and future project opportunities

About You

• You'll ideally have 8+ years' experience in property development, with strong exposure to residential land, subdivisions or masterplanned communities.
• You'll hold a tertiary qualification in Property, Property Development, Commerce or a related discipline.
• You'll currently be operating at Development Manager or Senior Development Manager level, with demonstrated experience taking projects through the full development lifecycle.
• You'll bring strong commercial judgement, including confidence across feasibilities, budgets, programmes, risk and project performance.
• You'll be comfortable managing consultants, contractors, authorities and key stakeholders autonomously and holding them accountable to project outcomes.
• You'll be commercially astute, solutions-focused and confident providing clear recommendations to senior leadership.
