Your new role
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will lead the development of utility-scale renewable energy, battery storage and data centre projects from early-stage origination through to investment ready status. You will play a key role in shaping development strategy, managing stakeholders and securing project milestones while building the foundations of a future development team.
What you'll need to succeed
- Significant experience in renewable energy, or data centre project development
- Demonstrated success delivering complex renewable energy development projects through critical approval and development phases
- Strong understanding of planning, environmental and stakeholder management processes for renewable energy projects
- Commercial acumen and the ability to assess project viability and risk
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- A strategic mindset with aspirations to progress into senior leadership
- Experience managing or mentoring development professionals will be highly regarded
