For this opportunity, we are partnering with a growing Canberra consultancy that is expanding its Technology Strategy and Business Transformation practice.

About The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant or Manager to join a growing Technology Strategy and Business Transformation team.

The role will see you working directly with senior stakeholders across government, corporate and not for profit organisations to solve complex challenges and deliver meaningful change.

You'll work across a combination of strategy, advisory and delivery, with projects spanning technology strategy, operating models, business transformation, program delivery and organisational change.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Develop technology strategies, roadmaps and governance frameworks
• Design operating models, processes and business cases
• Lead programs, PMOs and project delivery activities
• Work directly with senior stakeholders to understand complex business and technology challenges
• Translate strategic challenges into practical and achievable outcomes
• Support clients through implementation and organisational change
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability development
• Support business development and the growth of client relationships

Skills & Experience

We're interested in speaking with professionals who have:

• Experience in technology consulting, advisory, professional services, transformation or program delivery
• Experience leading technology, digital or business transformation engagements
• Strong technology strategy, advisory and stakeholder management skills
• Experience developing strategies, roadmaps, operating models or business cases
• Strong communication and structured problem-solving abilities
• Experience working directly with senior executives and decision makers
• The ability to manage engagements from initial scoping and analysis through to delivery
• Australian citizenship and the ability to obtain the appropriate security clearance
