I’m currently working with a highly regarded life insurer that is looking to attract experienced Senior Claims Consultants who are ready to take their career to the next level.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys claims, but wants more influence, more variety and a genuine opportunity to utilise their experience beyond simply managing a portfolio.
You’ll be joining a well-resourced, progressive claims function where your experience will be valued — and where there are clear pathways into Technical, Quality Assurance, Training, Risk, Projects and People Leadership.

As a Senior, you will'

• Manage a reduced portfolio of more complex Group Life claims
• Be an important point of reference for the wider claims team.
• Complete file review and provide advice on claims strategies

Our client will love your background in;

• Assessing group or retail life insurance claims including making initial liability decisions and developing IM and RTW plans.
• Experience coaching and mentoring new starters and experienced claims consultants
• Conducting file reviews for higher DA approvals
