The Opportunity
Ashurst perkins Coie is seeking a senior lawyer with 5+ years' M&A experience in the mining and energy sectors, to join our market-leading Brisbane, Corporate team.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:
- 5+ years' commercial experience gained within a top-tier firm or a leading mid-tier firm;
- Strong experience in M&A transactions, joint venture agreements, and shareholder agreements; in the energy, mining and/or infrastructure sectors;
- Excellent technical and drafting skills coupled with commercial nous;
- Proactive, positive and energetic approach and commitment to excellence.
