The role:

You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of legal matters and have ownership of your practice domain, advising, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts and agreements.

If you are looking for growth this role could have the flexibility for an individual who enjoys an element of business development but is not a must.

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

PQE 4+ years of experience in a similar roleExpertise in one or more of the key practice areas, such as liquor licensing law, gaming licensing law, property law, leasing law, and highly advantageous if you have worked on commercial law matters within the hospitality industry (hospitality law, intellectual property law, corporate structuring, commercial agreements)
