The Role
- Lead the delivery of high-quality multi-residential projects
- Manage projects through all design and delivery phases
- Coordinate clients, consultants and internal project teams
- Mentor and lead architects and graduates
- Drive project outcomes, quality and programme management
- Act as a key link between the Directors and project teams
- Contribute to studio growth and leadership initiatives
About You
- Registered Architect
- 10+ years' experience within Australian architectural practices
- Strong experience delivering multi-residential projects
- Proven experience managing projects from concept to completion
- Excellent client and consultant management skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficient in Revit and project delivery processes
- Passion for quality architecture and team development
