About The Employer - A leading community provider of community support services to Indigenous and non Indigenous people affected by the criminal justice system in NSW. Programs and services include, tenancy support, youth programs, AOD, NDIS, court support, as well as supporting and assisting people and families preparing for prison/being released from prison.      

Position Specifics - 2 key autonomous roles are part of our multidisciplinary community support team, assisting families and people who are being released from prison or who are preparing for prison. Including case loads and program delivery.            

 Skill Sets May Include: 

  • A demonstrated understanding in regards to those affected by the criminal justice system 
  • Experience with working within community support services and or community housing     
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with Indigenous communities 
  • Computer literacy with ability to use electronic patient databases
