Hays Trades & Labour are currently seeking an experienced Scraper Operator for a long-term civil construction project based in Bendigo, Victoria. This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent full-time work on a major project with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating scraper machinery on large-scale earthworks projects
• Conducting daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance
• Working safely and efficiently as part of a civil construction team
• Following site safety procedures and project specifications

Requirements

• Current Scraper Operator Ticket
• Previous experience operating scrapers on civil or earthmoving projects
• White Card
• Strong commitment to safety and quality construction
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing
• Reliable transport and strong work ethic
