Our Windows Division is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to develop new business opportunities and support an established customer base across the Adelaide market. About the Role

This is a territory-focused sales role responsible for growing market share through proactive business development and relationship management within the residential building industry.

Working closely with builders, architects, developers and trade customers, you'll identify opportunities, prepare quotations, conduct site measures and guide customers through the sales process from enquiry to order.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow a pipeline of profitable new business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with builders, architects and trade customers
  • Achieve sales, revenue and margin targets across the territory
  • Conduct site visits and customer meetings
  • Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities
  • Read and interpret building plans and specifications
  • Complete plan take-offs and provide product recommendations
  • Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems
  • Provide regular activity and sales reporting
  • Stay informed on industry trends, products and market developments

About You

You are a motivated sales professional with a proven ability to generate new business and build long-term customer relationships. You enjoy being on the road, meeting customers and creating solutions that help clients achieve successful project outcomes.

To Be Successful, You Will Bring

  • Proven experience in sales, business development or account management
  • Experience within the building products, construction or related industries
  • Knowledge of windows and doors highly regarded but not essential
  • Experience working with builders, architects and trade customers
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
  • Commercial awareness and solution-selling capability
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A self-motivated, resilient and results-focused approach
