About our Opportunity

Our Shower Screen & Wardrobe division is seeking a driven sales professional to grow our customer base of residential builders and actively support existing clients. In this field-based role, you will plan and manage your own days, which will entail visiting potential and existing customers, with the option to split time between our main office and home office. Covering all Western Territory, you’ll actively engage with both trade and retail customers, take measurements, manage quotes and follow up on leads.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with trade and retail customers
  • Executing strategic business development plans to meet KPIs, revenue, and margin goals
  • Developing product and industry expertise
  • Managing customer data through CRM systems
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and project plans
  • Facilitating plan take-offs and quote preparation
  • Reporting on sales activities

About You

You’re a proactive sales hunter – ideally with experience in the building products industry. Your ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively and close deals will be essential in setting you up for success. You’re self-motivated, results-oriented, have a strong work ethic and are committed to delivering excellent service.

To succeed, you’ll bring:

  • Experience working with builders, with a solid understanding of the building process (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with industry regulations
  • Confidence using CRM tools for planning and customer management
  • Experience in taking accurate measurements
  • Ability to learn measuring and quoting software
  • Valid driver’s licence
