Are you a natural relationship builder who thrives on engaging with customers, uncovering opportunities, and closing sales?
Working for a leading tourism group you'll play a key role in driving bookings, growing existing accounts, and re-engaging clients. Initially offered as a 6-month temporary assignment, this role has strong potential to become permanent for the right person.
Working from an established database you enjoy building rapport, identifying customer needs, upselling and turning conversations into sales, this is the role for you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Engage with existing clients to strengthen relationships and identify upselling opportunities
- Reconnect with previous customers to generate new business
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Proactively identify new sales opportunities and build a strong pipeline
- Prepare tailored quotes, proposals, and package options to suit client needs
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships that drive repeat business
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to booking
- Contribute to revenue growth through proactive customer engagement and conversion activities
About You
- Previous experience in sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage confidently at all levels
- A proactive approach to following up leads and re-engaging previous customers
- Comfortable making outbound calls and converting opportunities into bookings
- Results-driven with a commercial mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through
