The Role

• Assist the Lead Agent and Director with day-to-day sales activities
• Conduct open homes, private inspections and buyer appointments
• Prospect for new business and build relationships with potential vendors
• Manage buyer enquiries and follow up prospective purchasers
• Assist with negotiations and property sales
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with buyers and vendors
• Support listing presentations, appraisals and sales campaigns
• Work closely with a high-performing team to achieve sales targets

The Candidate

• Minimum 12 months' experience within the real estate industry, ideally in sales
• Previous real estate sales experience is essential
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A positive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident working independently and within a team
• Thrives in a busy, fast-paced sales environment
• Driven, motivated and eager to learn from industry leaders
• Passionate about building a successful long-term career in real estate
