What You'll Do:
- Install residential and commercial solar PV systems in line with Australian Standards
- Interpret solar designs and technical drawings
- Ensure safe work practices and compliance at all times
- Work with a friendly, experienced team committed to quality and safety
- Represent our brand with professionalism and pride
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform high-quality rooftop solar panel and inverter installations
- Conduct site assessments and pre-installation checks
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues independently or with team support
Maintain accurate documentation for system installs and compliance
- Liaise with customers, providing excellent service and clear communication
- Follow company WHS policies and ensure all equipment and PPE is used correctly
- Mentor apprentices or junior team members as needed.
What we’re looking for
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- SAA Accreditation (Solar Accreditation Australia) – Required
- VIC A Grade Electrical Licence – Required for installation roles
- Working at Heights certification (preferred)
- CEC Accreditation (if transitioning from CEC system) – a plus
- Clean Energy mindset and attention to detail
- A great attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn
