AWX is currently seeking experienced Roller Operators and Labourers to join a major road construction project on the Bruce Highway at Marlborough, QLD.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on a major road infrastructure project with $39.81 per hour plus penalties , a fantastic roster, and camp accommodation with meals provided.

- Roller Operators (must be willing to assist with labouring duties as required)
- Labourers
What's on Offer?
- Immediate start
- 10/4 roster (10 days on, 4 days off - non-negotiable)
- Camp accommodation provided
- Meals supplied
- Camp located approximately 40 minutes from site
- Approx. 10-hour workdays (weather permitting)
- Long-term project expected to run through to July 2027
- Work with a respected civil construction team
- Ongoing support from the AWX team
To Be Successful You'll Have
- Previous civil construction experience
- Roller ticket and proven operating experience (Roller Operator applicants)
- Construction White Card
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Ability to work away on a 10/4 roster
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Be physically fit and capable of working in outdoor conditions
