Are you passionate about customer service, retail sales, and creating memorable experiences? We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail & Visitor Experience Team Member to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, driving retail sales, and being part of a unique visitor attraction.

About the Role

As a Retail & Visitor Experience Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting retail operations, visitor engagement activities, and onsite events. Working with limited supervision, you will be responsible for ensuring every guest enjoys a welcoming, informative, and memorable visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create positive experiences for all visitors.
• Assist with retail sales, ticket sales, merchandise displays, and point-of-sale transactions.
• Deliver engaging and informative distillery tours and product experiences.
• Support bar service operations while ensuring responsible service practices are followed.
• Assist in the planning and delivery of onsite events and visitor activities.
• Build strong relationships with guests through product knowledge and brand storytelling.
• Maintain high presentation standards throughout retail and visitor areas.
• Contribute to achieving retail sales, visitation, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Follow all workplace health, safety, and compliance requirements.
• Support general site upkeep, cleaning, and day-to-day operational tasks.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, tourism, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
• Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and engaging personality.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Experience operating point-of-sale systems and handling retail transactions.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining presentation standards.
• An interest in brand storytelling, customer engagement, and learning new product knowledge.
