About the role
As a Retail Store Team Member, you will support our Lindt Chocolate Shops by spreading the word about the wonders of Lindt by:
- Creating meaningful relationships with customers by providing a unique Lindt experience
- Preparing customer beverage orders at the chocolate bar
- Educating and informing customers on Lindt Chocolate products with passion and in-depth knowledge
- Being our Lindt ambassadors and delivering exceptional customer service to all
We are looking for individuals who:
- Has a genuine love for Lindt Chocolate and delights in sharing that passion
- Brings warmth, personality, and heart to every customer interaction
- Strives for excellence and is committed to delivering a memorable Lindt experience
- Previous barista experience is desirable
- Is eager to grow a career in retail and be part of a premium brand
