We are recruiting now for a Lindt ambassador to support our Retail Team towards success.
The Position
As a Full time Supervisor, you will actively support and oversee the operations of the business to ensure an exceptional and delightful customer experience and business objectives are achieved.
The Person
- Demonstrated previous Leadership experience in a retail environment where you have managed your team with clear communication, enthusiasm and passion.
- Delegating whilst been actively hands on, leading the team from a position of role modelling.
- Passionate about delivering premium customer service to enhance the Lindt brand.
- Previous barista experience desirable.
- You build a strong rapport with your team and other levels of management and have the ability to work autonomously.
- An ability to grow your local community and drive return sales.
- Sound understanding of inventory management, ordering, receiving, stocktaking, with a flair for merchandising
- You have an organised approach, managing daily administration tasks in a timely manner allowing you to analyse, respond and drive your business.
