Our client, Foodworks Bruce Rock Supermarket & Hardware Store, is looking for experienced and motivated Retail Managers to oversee daily operations at their combined supermarket and hardware store in Bruce Rock.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the supermarket and hardware departments
2. Supervise, train, and support staff across various areas
3. Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers
4. Ensure high standards of customer service and handle any issues promptly
5. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to boost profitability
6. Oversee budgets, staff rosters, and store expenses
7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations
8. Plan for seasonal events, promotions, and long-term business improvement
