The Opportunity

We are partnering with an established Australian-owned business specialising in premium paints, finishes and protective coatings to find a motivated Sales Assistant to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in sales and wants to develop their product knowledge in a supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Helping customers find the right products for their needs
• Providing friendly service and practical product recommendations
• Building positive relationships with customers
• Supporting sales and identifying opportunities to assist customers
• Replenishing stock and helping with deliveries
• Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented store
• Working closely with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly
• Learning about paint products, finishes and coatings to build your product knowledge

• Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
• An interest in sales and willingness to learn
• A reliable, proactive and hands-on approach

Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, hardware or a trade-related industry will be highly regarded. Paint or coatings experience is a bonus, but it's not essential for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
