Sales Assistant | Paint Retail
$30–$33 per hour + Super | Monday to Friday

The Opportunity
We are partnering with an established Australian-owned business specialising in premium paints, finishes and protective coatings to find a motivated Sales Assistant to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in sales and wants to develop their product knowledge in a supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing
- Helping customers find the right products for their needs
- Providing friendly service and practical product recommendations
- Building positive relationships with customers
- Supporting sales and identifying opportunities to assist customers
- Replenishing stock and helping with deliveries
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented store
- Working closely with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Learning about paint products, finishes and coatings to build your product knowledge
What We're Looking For

- Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
- An interest in sales and willingness to learn

Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, hardware or a trade-related industry will be highly regarded. Paint or coatings experience is a bonus, but it's not essential for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
