Restaurant Manager

2 Fat Indians is seeking a vibrant and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our friendly team at 2 Fat Indians Northbridge.

Open seven days, you will need to meet the following criteria:

• Have minimum 3-5 years experience working as a Restaurant/ Venue Manager at an extremely busy restaurant & bar
• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine is essential
• Must have strong a-la-carte & function background/experience
• Have good wine knowledge and outstanding customer service skills
• Be used to working in a professional environment
• Have a high standard of personal presentation
• Availability to work weekends and evenings is essential as required over a seven day rotating roster
• Strong written and spoken English is also essential

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading by example and being a role model for the standards and behaviours consistent with 2 Fat Indians core values and culture.
• Delivering superior service and maximise customer satisfaction.
• Responding efficiently and accurately to customer requirements.
• Appraising staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Organising and supervise shifts.
• Maintaining standards of cleanliness & hygiene, ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Creating detailed daily financial reporting to oversee the overall performance of the restaurant.
• Implementing policies and protocols that will maintain restaurant operations.

You must be in Australia with FULL time work rights to be considered for this job. Applicants based overseas will not be considered.
