About the Role
Acumentis is growing, and we're looking for experienced Residential Valuers to join our Sydney team. This isn't a standard mortgage-valuation role — we want valuers who bring genuine breadth, with a strong track record across both mortgage and non-mortgage work. You'll work across a diverse client base spanning community housing providers, financial institutions, government, and private clients, with exposure to areas such as family law, litigation, council, and asset/financial reporting valuations. If you're a CPV-qualified valuer looking to broaden your scope beyond standard resi work, and you can bring existing client relationships with you, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality residential valuations across a broad range of purposes, including mortgage security, family law, litigation, council, and financial/asset reporting
- Build and manage relationships with a diverse client base, including community housing providers, financial institutions, government bodies, and private clients
- Provide accurate, well-reasoned valuation reports within agreed timeframes, keeping clients informed of progress
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of the local property market and keep the job management database up to date
- Contribute to business growth through marketing activity and, where relevant, bringing existing client work with you
- Uphold Acumentis' professional and quality assurance standards across all valuation work
