The Role
As the Supervisor, you'll oversee staff and subcontractors on live sites, ensuring work is carried out safely and to the program.
The Responsibilties
- Supervise and coordinate remedial works and defect rectification projects
- Manage onsite trades and subcontractors to ensure quality and productivity
- Interpret project plans and scope documentation
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks
- Ensure compliance with safety and construction standards
- Maintain accurate records and progress reporting
About You
- Experience in remedial works on commercial buildings
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and quality standards
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Excellent site leadership and coordination skills
- WHS awareness and commitment to safe work practices
- Valid driver’s licence
