General Medicine Advanced Trainee – Broome

• Salary: $301,700 – $378,680 p.a. (pro rata)

About the Role

This role offers accredited Advanced Training in General Medicine within a rural and remote setting. Based in Broome, you’ll deliver inpatient and outpatient care while supporting hospitals, remote clinics, and Aboriginal health services across the Kimberley region.

You will manage patients with complex chronic conditions and gain exposure to diverse presentations rarely seen in metropolitan settings. The position includes outreach work (including travel by road and light aircraft) and collaboration with experienced consultants and visiting subspecialists. Minimal out-of-hours work supports a strong work-life balance, alongside opportunities for audit and research.
