About the Role
- Oversee and mentor a team of psychologists and allied health professionals.
- Manage a reduced caseload, working with children aged 0–18 with conditions such as sensory processing disorders, ADHD, ASD, and other developmental challenges.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for private clients and NDIS participants.
- Provide leadership and support to junior team members to ensure professional development.
- Balance clinical and leadership responsibilities with a flexible work schedule.
- Conduct sessions in both clinic and mobile settings, utilizing cutting-edge technology and resources.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Psychology.
- Full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, with leadership or mentorship experience highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and guiding team growth.
