What You'll Do

• Provide person-centred nursing care in clients' homes and community settings
• Conduct health assessments and monitor clients' health needs
• Support medication management and clinical care
• Work collaboratively with support workers, families and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records
• Promote independence, dignity and positive health outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Community, aged care or relevant clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Current relevant checks and compliance documents
• Own vehicle and Australian driver's licence preferred
