About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play an important role in delivering person-centred care to our residents, supporting their health, wellbeing and quality of life.
Key responsibilities include:

Delivering high-quality clinical care in accordance with individual care plans.

Monitoring residents’ health and responding to changes in clinical condition.

Administering medications and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Supporting and guiding care staff to maintain high standards of care.

Communicating effectively with residents, families and the wider healthcare team.
About You

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

Experience in aged care is highly regarded.

Strong clinical assessment, communication and documentation skills.
